Community and environment are important to MdR, and already initiatives are in place to ensure sustainable communities throughout and beyond the mine life. Employment favours the host and neighbouring communities, and we provide educational scholarships, apprenticeships, and technical training. MdR supports the community with infrastructure development, education, health and other community services, and assist in the creation, development and support of enterprises within the community.
