Revuboè was well represented at the recent IMM Coal Conference in Maputo by the company’s owners including Executive Director, Mr Andrew Matheson of the Talbot Group and a delegation from Nippon Steel, Nippon Steel Trading as well as NS United Shipping (a subsidiary of Nippon Steel). Further support was also provided from the Japanese Ambassador to Mozambique Mr Susumu Segawa.
Presentations by Nippon Steel’s Mr Yasushi Aoki, General Manager of Raw Materials and Revuboe’s Mr Matheson below.

Following the conference the Japanese Ambassador and the Nippon Steel delegation toured Vale’s Moatize Project, Riversdale’s Benga Project, the city of Tete, the Revuboè Project and the Port of Beira and were clearly impressed with Mozambique’s continued advance towards becoming one of the world’s major coking coal producers.
